Here it is, not long in our new home when a very sweet cat began to visit us. She would come around every couple of days and I would give her a bit of water or milk and spend a bit of time getting to know her. We guessed that she had kittens since it was apparent that she was nursing, but we did not know how many or how old. And to top it off, she was all skin and bone.
