Open Basement Area
This area has many possibilities. We have decided to use it for gardening (Martha's plant light, re-potting area), work shop and STORAGE! I have built a wall segregating the storage and workshop areas, ran new circuits for lights and outlets and am in the midst of building the bench for the workshop. What a grand area it is and will become! Now if we can just get all of the material that I have destructed from other parts of the house out, maybe we can move around to get this stuff done!
The walls of the basement are a mere 3" thick and have cracked and leak water in a few places. I have been chiseling/cleaning out these areas and have been patching with a leak-stop cement in hopes to eliminate some of the water seapage.
