Kitchen
Mmmmm - the smells of the food reaching out to you saying, I am smelling wonderful, so just wait a minute while the finishing touches get put on this evening's dinner and we will serve it in the dining room. Yum!
The kitchen was a bit bare when we bought the house, but considering that we did not want the electric stove and the refrigerator, we said to the previous owner to take them! Instead, we installed propane and a high quality gas stove and purchased a top refrigerator with a bottom (pull out drawer type) freezer and life is good! The refrigerator is situated straight ahead in this picture where there is no cabinets above or below the counter, so I made the appropriate modications for the refrigerator. The stove is in the obvious place in this photo. Where the refrigerator was originally (by the previous owner) did not make a lot of sense to us since it partially blocked the door to what we are calling the pantry and was on the other side of the kitchen from the stove. Things are made to be changed!
